Ingredients:
1 whole onion yellow, quartered
1 bell-pepper
2 whole garlic with husks
1 stem rosemary
3 bay leaves
1 c fresh pomegranate seeds
1/4 c red wine
1 c water
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat crockpot.
2. Place all ingredients in the cooker.
3. Cook on high for 2 hours.
4. Reset to low 1 hour.
Serve over rice, pasta or a bed of vegetables.
