Meet Lily

As a farmer's daughter, my life has been dedicated to a 'green' lifestyle. I share my father's passion for farming and herbs. My father began farming a beautiful parcel of rich farmland just outside of the little town of Fillmore, A.B.C. Rhubarb Farms and I am passionate and proud to continue his legacy.

In addition to my family's farming background, having explored farms, and cuisines throughout countries such as Austria, Israel, Italy, Mexico, and Spain, and attending their cooking courses, has given me extensive knowledge of herbs and their uses transcending through various cultures and time periods.

From classrooms to health fairs to farmer's market, I teach the power of herbs, vegetables, and simple foods. Through my passion for simple foods, I teach people how to take charge of their own health and live happier. My mission is to teach the importance of simple, real food from local sources. I believe a healthy lifestyle can be achieved by anyone. By consistently helping clients identify herbs, mushrooms, and vegetables, giving them easy-to-follow recipes, or sharing my wellness rituals, I feel blessed every day to be making a positive impact in my community. My intention is to leave this earth a better place for future generations.
