I’ve read much about the positive and healthy effects the outdoors has on us, but it wasn’t until I started using the essential oils on myself and using them in my diffuser that I knew I was truly on to something. I understood the sensory response of calm, yet, it also boosted my focus simultaneously. Imagine being in touch with the earth, nature, trees, and the beauty of the forest with one simple blend and instantly being put into a calming trance. Blend cedarwood, sandalwood, and myrrh in a diffuser, or simply place a drop or 2 behind your ears and behind your neck.
I keep a blend of my Serenity roller near my bed, kitchen, and office. Sometimes I need a little boost, and rolling a bit of nature on myself or inhaling the scent is all I need to keep my spirits up and my focus.
For diffuser, place 3 drops each of:
Cedarwood
Sandalwood
Myrrh
